Full Job Description
Program Director The primary responsibilities of the Q4C Program Director include managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility. The Program Director will also be designated as the Program Sponsor, and is responsible for the overall administration, fiscal management and operations of the Opioid Treatment Program and who assumes responsibility for all its employees, including any practitioners, agents, or other persons providing medical, rehabilitative, or counseling services at the program or any of its medication units. The program sponsor also makes certain that the work conducted by OTP practitioners and other staff providing services is consistent with the allowable scope for their licensure, certification, or credentials. This position will plan, develop, organize, and direct the operation of all programs and services to meet its mission and goals, as well as the requirements of all federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting bodies. This position also oversees marketing and advocacy efforts for substance abuse treatment services, acts as a liaison to external entities, and professionally represents Q4C within the community.
