Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), Rehabilitation, PRN

Location: 2 St Vincent Circle 6th Floor, Little Rock, AR 72205

 

Are you a dynamic rehabilitation leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes? We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our inpatient rehab program, driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department

  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care

  • Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
