Schedule: Full-time days

Program Director who excels in this role:

  • Responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation program

  • Plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met

  • Accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion



What we're looking for:

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy or physical therapy and TX State Licensure for Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy. Additional requirements include:

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

  •  Track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred

  • Provision of own transportation

Computer and current technology competence required
