GCHS is seeking a
Shared Services Program Director who is responsible for providing strategic, operational, financial, and administrative leadership for a multi-hospital shared services network serving rural communities. The Program Director is responsible for the overall management and performance of the regional shared services program, including grant administration, provider and clinical team oversight, member hospital engagement, program development, financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and community outreach.
Working collaboratively with member hospital executives, physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, community partners, and funding agencies, the Program Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality, accessible shared services across participating organizations while advancing the program's mission, sustainability, and growth.

Education and/or Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field. Five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.
Experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Experience with grants management, program administration, or healthcare service line management.
Preferred: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), Public Health (MPH), Nursing, or related discipline preferred.
Experience in oncology services, cancer programs, or specialty care management (highly preferred).
Experience working with Critical Access Hospitals and rural healthcare organizations (highly preferred).
Experience managing multi-site or regional healthcare programs.
Experience with federal or state grant-funded healthcare initiatives.

GCHS boasts a 25-bed critical access hospital, 16-bed Long Term Care Unit, and 2 Family Practice Clinics located in Tribune and neighboring Sharon Springs in Wallace County. Serving multiple locations, travel is required for this position.
