Reports to: Vice President, Global Clients Data Centers - Americas
Location: United States (remote)

Salary - 145K-175K

About the role
The Program Director, Global Clients Data Centers leads day-to-day account strategy and execution for assigned hyperscale and enterprise data center clients across the Americas. This role partners closely with the Vice President, Global Clients Data Centers - Americas to deliver profitable growth, strong client outcomes, and consistent operational performance across a growing portfolio.
The Program Director serves as a primary security and operations advisor to client stakeholders and internal leaders, translating regional priorities into scalable, technology-enabled security solutions, disciplined governance, and standard processes across multi-site and multi-country footprints. This leader will begin the role without a dedicated team and will be expected to build the portfolio, operating model, stakeholder rhythm, and future team structure as account scope and business needs mature.

What you'll do
In this role, you will provide account-level leadership for assigned data center clients across the Americas, helping translate regional strategy into disciplined execution. You will establish governance structures, operating cadences, executive business reviews, scorecards, and reporting routines that create clear accountability and visibility across Securitas, branch, partner, and client stakeholders.
You will manage the day-to-day health of assigned client programs, including full P&L ownership, operational performance, service delivery, financial discipline, risk management, and client satisfaction. This includes identifying recurring issues, driving corrective actions, escalating material risks, and ensuring account teams and partners stay aligned

to client requirements, global Data Center Group standards, and regional expectations.
As the portfolio grows, you will build the leadership and operating structure needed to support the work. Early in the role, you will be expected to operate as an individual leader-setting priorities, building stakeholder trust, creating repeatable processes, and developing the case for future team capacity. Over time, you will lead, coach, and develop direct or matrixed team members to support portfolio execution, compliance discipline, and client outcomes.
You will also partner across Global Clients Technology, Global Clients Americas, operations, legal, compliance, IT infrastructure, facilities management, and vendor partners to advance technology-enabled security solutions, strengthen program resilience, and support transformation initiatives. You will help lead incident response, risk mitigation, business continuity planning, and process improvement efforts tied to assigned accounts.

What you need to apply
We are seeking a strong client-facing program leader with a bachelor's degree in business, management, security, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in data center operations, security services, critical infrastructure, or a related industry, with proven experience supporting complex, multi-site or multi-country security programs.
You bring a strong track record of managing strategic client relationships, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and improving operational performance in highly regulated or high-risk environments. Experience with data centers or other mission-critical environments is strongly preferred, along with exposure to technology-enabled service delivery, security operations, incident response, risk management, and continuous improvement.
This role requires strong commercial and financial acumen, including full P&L ownership for assigned accounts and the ability to manage account financial targets, forecasts, performance metrics, audit readiness, and contract requirements. Experience supporting renewals, service expansions, pricing discussions, or complex client negotiations is preferred.
You should have a practical understanding of physical security and related technology in data center environments, including access control, CCTV, perimeter security, guarding, biometric systems, intrusion detection, and security operations procedures. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or similar standards is preferred.
This position involves domestic and international travel (approximately 25-30% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential. This role will also require flexibility to work nights and weekends (when needed) to support global staffing issues, high priority events, urgent client needs, and off-hours incidents.

What you'll get

Specific compensation details will vary based on location, experience, and scope of responsibility. We've got you covered with medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with life insurance, parental leave, and paid time off.

This position requires-with or without reasonable accommodation-the physical and mental ability to perform all essential job functions effectively. This includes maintaining composure under pressure while interacting with clients, authorities, executives, and staff; working independently without direct supervision; and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The role involves regular use of a computer and keyboard, frequent lifting or moving of items up to 10 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity for both near and far distances, as well as the ability to adjust focus, is required. The position may involve handling sensitive or confidential information and requires flexibility in scheduling to meet operational demands.
