Full Job Description
What You Will Do:

  • Provide leadership to and supervision of Recovery Specialists to ensure the provision of quality care that incorporates the clinical understanding of addiction, dual diagnosis, and related health care issues.
  • Take part in on-call rotation.
  • Support the ongoing development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and role modeling.
  • Maintain oversight of the medication room in collaboration with the program-designated nurse, when applicable.
  • Assist in the selection of staff and resolving personnel issues.
  • Assist in coaching and counseling of employees under the direction of the Program Director.
  • Oversee client activities.
  • Facilitate the efficient delivery of individual care through interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Recognize and employ adherence to regulations and requirements of licensing and funding sources.
  • Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.


Who You Are:
