Job Description:Title: Program Director Classification: Exempt Salary $83,000 - $85,000Scope of Position: To support and strengthen Job Connect operations through effective oversight of customer flow, service delivery, data capture, reporting, operational processes, and overall program performance.
Essential Functions- Collaborate with leadership teams and contractor staff to optimize customer flow, strengthen service delivery processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and compliant data management practices
- Provide ongoing operational and technical support to staff, troubleshoot process and system issues, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery outcomes
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with state agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, expand service access, and support program goals
- Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance
- Monitor, analyze, and report program data related to contract obligations, performance outcomes, and operational trends in collaboration with the performance management team
- Monitor progress toward contractual performance benchmarks and quarterly goals, identify performance challenges, and implement corrective strategies to support continuous program improvement
- Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant data entry within required systems through ongoing monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and staff guidance
- Oversee ISO compliance activities, internal quality assurance processes, and audit preparation to ensure adherence to organizational and contractual standards
- Maintain accurate organizational charts, staff directories, and operational documentation to support communication, reporting, and program oversight

Education and Experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
- 7-10 years of previous supervisory experience required
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources
- Experience managing large-scale projects, process improvements, and the development and implementation of new procedures and standard operating processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Regional travel is required
- Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
- Clean driving record, valid Driver's License, and reliable vehicle required
