Job Description:

Title: Program Director

Classification: Exempt

Salary $83,000 - $85,000

Scope of Position: To support and strengthen Job Connect operations through effective oversight of customer flow, service delivery, data capture, reporting, operational processes, and overall program performance.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and contractor staff to optimize customer flow, strengthen service delivery processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and compliant data management practices
  • Provide ongoing operational and technical support to staff, troubleshoot process and system issues, and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with state agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, expand service access, and support program goals
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to performance tracking and compliance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report program data related to contract obligations, performance outcomes, and operational trends in collaboration with the performance management team
  • Monitor progress toward contractual performance benchmarks and quarterly goals, identify performance challenges, and implement corrective strategies to support continuous program improvement
  • Provide requested status reports and other data for EDSI administrative staff
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant data entry within required systems through ongoing monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and staff guidance
  • Oversee ISO compliance activities, internal quality assurance processes, and audit preparation to ensure adherence to organizational and contractual standards
  • Maintain accurate organizational charts, staff directories, and operational documentation to support communication, reporting, and program oversight
