MD or DO degree with board certification in relevant specialty
Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based setting
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care during scheduled office hours
Conduct routine check-ups and preventive care
Develop treatment plans in partnership with patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient management
Document patient interactions and care plans in EHR
