Compensation: $94,264.40 salary + opportunities for quarterly bonuses
About the Role:CBEM is seeking a dynamic and strategic Program Director to lead our Critical Intervention Team serving Ukiah, CA and surrounding communities. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team of intervention specialists, and serve as the primary liaison with the Redwood Coast Regional Center. Your clinical expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality service delivery while advancing CBEM's mission and values.
What You'll Do:- Supervise and mentor staff, including Assistant Directors and Critical Intervention Specialists.
- Ensure the quality of client services, overseeing case reviews, and stabilization plans.
- Engage with external stakeholders to represent CBEM and expand service outreach.
- Manage budgets, performance reviews, and program goals.
- Lead team meetings, acknowledge successes, and promote employee development.
What We're Looking For:- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in team management.
- Strong knowledge of DSM-V, Applied Behavior Analysis, and experience working with developmental disabilities.
- Leadership skills that foster a culture of inclusivity and excellence.
