The Program Delivery Lead establishes the frameworks, processes, and adoption strategies that enable consistent, enterprise-wide activation of insights in partnership with transformation and operations teams. Success in this role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and the ability to connect data to measurable, long-term outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and evolve the insight-to-action strategy, defining how insights are translated into consistent, measurable action across the enterprise
- Design and scale closed-loop feedback frameworks that enable consistent action across markets and provider partners
- Establish reporting and visibility standards, including dashboards, metrics, and activation expectations
- Align insight activation with market, provider, and Stars priorities to maximize business impact
- Drive adoption, accountability, and behavior change across stakeholders through clear processes and engagement
- Measure effectiveness of insight activation and continuously refine approaches to improve outcomes
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, analytics, or any field
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or experience enablement
- Experience defining and operationalizing strategies that drive business outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience with performance measurement and continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in healthcare, patient experience, or Stars programs (e.g., CAHPS, HOS)
- Experience building or scaling closed-loop feedback or insight activation models

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
