Program CoordinatorUnder the supervision of the Clinic Director, the Program Coordinator oversees clinic services for designated patient populations, ensuring that services follow an evidence-based; person centered approach to treatment, and include individual, group, and family therapy modalities.
Responsibilities involve direct clinical services, staff supervision, chairing team meetings, case assignment, monitoring and reinforcing productivity standards and other clinic policies. The Program Coordinator is also expected to work collaboratively with internal and external providers to ensure that all clients are effectively linked to needed concurrent services in a timely manner.
Other requirements:- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- At least 3-5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting
- Excellent documentation skills; familiarity with Joint Commission, Medicaid/Medicare documentation requirements
- The ability to work both independently and as a team member in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational/time-management skills
- Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with electronic health records
- Additional language fluency (Spanish) is preferred, but not requiredMust be NYS certified LCSW Social Worker, licensed Psychologist, or other NYS licensed mental health professional.
Pay: $90-95k
