Job DescriptionThe recruitment is exempt from the hiring freeze (Administrative Order 358)This recruitment is open to Alaska Residents only. Applicants must meet As in order to be considered for employment at this time.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:You will be responsible for maintaining various support programs enabling essential public safety communications systems serving state, local, federal and Department of Defense first responders. This includes developing and maintaining budget documentation for planned, projected, and executed programs and projects. You will also oversee administrative support staff functions and procurement activities supporting the time-sensitive work of the engineering and operations teams as they operate and maintain our $200-plus million public safety communications systems.
