Raytheon is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Intelligence Engineering & Operations (IEO) portfolio.  We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs. What You Will Do

  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation
  • Labor and cost transfer submittals
  • Creation and maintenance of charge numbers
  • Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
  • Support generation of program financial artifacts such as CFSR, FMR, and SCR as required.
  • Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
  • Perform data integrity checks and validations related to program financials.

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • BS/BA degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field from an accredited university
  • Computer system familiarity and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Excel pivot tables, filtering, graphing, and vlookups
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis function
  • Current SSBI clearance

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
