Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FLT PERS DEVELOPEMENT & ALLOCATION DIV of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.

Duties

Help

  • You will draft and review policy guidance, formulate both short and long range planning.
  • You will provide comprehensive, multi-level program liaison with other military departments, and numerous federal and civilian agencies.
  • You will serve as advisor to the Director for destructive behavior programs and issues.
  • You will serve as Assistant Fleet Coordinator for training and education workshops in each major program described above to increase awareness and program compliance with Navy directives across the entire Fleet.
  • You will provide command and control for subordinate USFF commands and shore activities during the planning and execution of assigned service function in support of CNO.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

- Experience directly drafting, reviewing, and implementing policy and strategic plans related to personnel programs

- Experience conducting complex studies and data analysis, including data manipulation, data integration, and creating data visualizations such as reports, tables, and graphs

- Experience applying technical expertise in data science and analytics to measure program effectiveness

- Experience identifying and aggregating data from internal and external sources to guide the design of data and analytics solutions

- Experience managing complex and highly sensitive programs, particularly in areas like Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) and Family Advocacy (FAP)
