Full Job Description
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.

Duties

Help

  • You will employ investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data needed to evaluate the various departmental programs.
  • You will evaluate Quality Performance System (QPS) data, Deficiency reports, Discrepancy Logs, Audit Action records, Rework Reports, and other Inspection Verification Reports in support of process improvement programs.
  • You will plan, schedule, and conduct studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations and program effectiveness.
  • You will make recommendations on appropriate actions to resolve instances of program noncompliance and reverse adverse trends.
  • You will coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned, and coordinates department level audit responses.
  • You will enter data into an organized record keeping/data base system.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing program performance data to investigate trends and non-compliance issues and recommend changes or improvements to facilitate compliance with department programs.
