JOB TITLE: Program Analyst
LOCATION: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ (On Site)

POSITION SUMMARY
WisEngineering is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support a strategic
portfolio of programs and be responsible for the comprehensive
planning, execution, and successful completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered
on time and within budget. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong
leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a dynamic
environment.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule Management
Develop, maintain, and monitor comprehensive program schedules for a portfolio
of projects.

Budget Oversight
Create, manage, and track individual and portfolio-level program budgets.
Execute financial planning, forecasting, and detailed reporting on budget-to-
actuals to ensure fiscal responsibility.

Portfolio Coordination
Oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple programs within the assigned portfolio.
Ensure all projects remain aligned with strategic objectives and optimize
resource allocation across the portfolio.

Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and leadership.
Provide regular, transparent updates on program status, emerging risks, and
financial performance.

Team Leadership
Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics,
and technical staff.
Foster effective collaboration to ensure the synchronized execution of complex
program tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management
Required: 5+ years of experience
Demonstrated success in managing complex schedules and
budgets for multi-faceted projects.

Technical Skills
Proficiency with project management software suites (e.g., Microsoft Project,
Asana, or Jira).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
Government/Military Experience a plus

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen
