Overview

We are looking for a Program Analyst (Test Resource Manager Journey) in support of PMA-231. PMA-231 is the  E-2/C-2 Airborne Command and Control Systems Program Office, which manages the E-2C Hawkeye, E-2D Advanced Hawkeye, Hawkeye 2000, and C-2A Greyhound aircraft. Its primary mission is to provide acquisition strategy, logistics, and sustainment solutions to ensure these aircraft meet the operational needs of the U.S. Navy and support warfighter missions effectively. You will provide assistance to the Assistant Program Manager for Test and Evaluation and Lead Test Engineer. This individual will directly support the aformentioned programs.

 

Responsibilities
  • Utilize Integrated Test and Evaluation Management Systems (iTEMS), including iTrack and iTest, to support test planning and execution tracking.

  • Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports to support program leadership and decision-making.

  • Use Microsoft Project to track schedules, milestones, and task progress related to test activities.

  • Coordinate and administer the Test Data Management Working Group, including scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings.

  • Facilitate Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) reviews for test teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of required documentation to the Program Office.

  • Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including preparation of slide decks, briefing materials, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.

  • Manage the receipt, organization, and archival of all test reports, including both government- and contractor-generated documentation.

  • Develop and maintain Test Rainbow Charts to visually track and communicate test progress and execution status.

  • Navy acquisition and test experience desired
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • The salary range for this role is $110,000-$135,000. (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
