About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Program Analyst for USSOCOM support at Fort Bragg / Fort Liberty, NC.

The Program Analyst will provide overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements

USSOCOM requires comprehensive program support encompassing:
  • Strategic planning and resource planning
  • Contract deliverables and administration
  • Quality assurance development and reporting
  • Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) review
  • Strategic resource planning support (e.g., POM submissions, spend plans)
  • Budget execution support, including funding document processing and invoice review
  • Technical and application assessment support


What You'll Do in Your New Role

  • The Program Analyst is responsible for planning, analyzing and evaluating government contracts
  • Assists with monitoring, measuring and reporting on overall contractual requirements and performance
  • Delivers expertise to facilitate the development of initial assessments, initiative design documents and monitoring of program and activities
  • Actions to assist the government include but are not limited to ensuring contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives and quality of contract are executed
  • Review, manage, and ensure timely submission of all CDRLs and deliverables
  • Will execute and monitor contractual management requirements
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Support program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagements


Required Qualifications

  • Relevant experience supporting related Government agency may be substituted in lieu of formal education
  • Experience supporting USSOCOM or similar DoD organizations
  • Demonstrated experience managing Government contracts and contractor personnel
  • Experience with program planning, resource management, and budget execution processes
  • Familiarity with CDRLs, quality assurance reporting, and contract compliance requirements
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior Government stakeholders
  • Active Top Secret Clearance
