Description

SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst Principal to provide executive-level strategic support to Headquarters United States Air Force Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration (AF/A10) senior leadership team. Work will be performed onsite in the Arlington VA area (Pentagon).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive-level programmatic support to AF/A10 senior leadership in the Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration domain.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide timely recommendations on critical events, issues, and potential problems to inform senior-level decision-making.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute complex initiatives, including high-profile meetings, on-site visits, and engagements with senior U.S. government officials, foreign dignitaries, and military leadership.
  • Establish and implement office-wide management and administrative procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage office budget and oversee financial, travel, and scheduling processes to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Oversee correspondence control and facilitate the management of messaging traffic between AF/A10 and other agency stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in creating professional-grade documents, briefing slides, and Excel tools using MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication, with the ability to synthesize complex topics for senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven success managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Desired Experience and Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of Air Force organizational structure, processes, and command hierarchy.
  • Prior experience providing executive-level support to General Officers or Senior Executive Service (SES) officials, with a focus on facilitating front office operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics and communications for high-profile engagements involving U.S. and foreign dignitaries.
  • Direct experience supporting Headquarters or DoW staff functions, particularly in areas related to program management and strategic planning.
