Summary

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the FINANCIAL SYSTEMS DEPARTMENT, GENERAL FUND BUSINESS OFFICE DIVISION, ORGANIZATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT BRANCH of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Salary Ranges:

Norfolk, Virginia: $90,838 - $140,426

Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania: $91,320 - $141,171

San Diego, California: $102,246 - $158,062

Patuxent River, Maryland: $102,415 - $158,322

Duties

Help

  • You will serve as a senior Program Analyst (and may serve as an Enterprise Systems Team Lead) providing enterprise resource planning system support for the General Fund Business Office (GFBO).
  • You will provide enterprise resource planning system support to commands and organizations under GFBO purview and serve as a functional liaison to supported Navy Commands.
  • You will lead or coordinate assigned modules or business-process areas, prioritize and integrate work efforts, and provide technical direction to contractor team members consistent with contract requirements.
  • You will be responsible for supporting the Navy's audit requirements from an enterprise resource planning system perspective and providing effective customer service while ensuring appropriate feedback mechanisms are established and maintained.
  • You will develop, review, and update standard operating procedures, customer job aids, training materials, and user reference documentation.
  • You will interpret and define data requirements and performing data extracts, analyses, and reconciliations using tools such as SAP, SQL, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and related reporting or analytics applications.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.


Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band (DA-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1) Applying analytical and evaluative methods to assess complex programs, enterprise systems, business processes, or organizational operations and develop recommendations for improvement;

2) Supporting an enterprise system or integrated business environment involving multiple functional processes, organizations, system interfaces, or data sources;

3) Analyzing and resolving complex program, process, system, data, or operational issues involving multiple stakeholders or functional dependencies;

4) Gathering, analyzing, and integrating requirements from customers, functional specialists, technical teams, or organizational stakeholders;

5) Planning or coordinating projects, system changes, testing activities, implementations, operational milestones, or other efforts involving multiple tasks and dependencies; and

6) Developing or implementing recommendations, procedures, process changes, or system-supported solutions that improved operational effectiveness, data integrity, management controls, or program performance.
