Full Job Description
In support of a Marine Corps customer, Program Manager Combat Support Systems we are seeking a Program Analyst III with experience in supporting DOD/Marine Corps acquisition logistics programs and life cycle management events; familiarization with acquisition logistics policy/principles, and interfacing with government principals.

Job Duties:

The specific requirements and tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Draft, modify, review, and/or recommend changes to documentation in support of the acquisition milestone cycle in accordance with the DoD 5000 series, Marine Corps Systems Command Acquisition Guidebook, and MCSC documentation templates (Acquisition Plans, Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), and Program Management Reviews (PMRs)).
  • Review of technical information for accuracy, adequacy, and completeness.
  • Recommend changes to include improvements to existing documentation related to product development and/or procedures.
  • Prepare agendas and executive summaries, conduct presentation of materials and action item tracking as well as coordination, scheduling, and conduct of meetings, and draft meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for collecting, collaborating and maintaining updates into the Government's risk management tool system, conduct risk reporting, and status reporting in support of designed program management and risk management events.
  • Annotate tasks and action items, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure the task tracker is updated after each meeting, to include In Process Reviews (IPRs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), weekly Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), professional forums and Working Group (WG) meetings.
  • Manage program SharePoint, to include investigating errors, maintaining/organizing site content, provide weekly document status reports in staffing, develop workflows and dashboards using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI, and facilitate efficiency/utility of SharePoint sites.
  • Develop Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Compile and format costs estimates, schedules, test reports, and trip reports.

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of related progressive professional work experience in program analytics preferred.
  • Exception for not having Bachelor's degree is six (6) additional years of experience
  • DAWIA or professional accreditation preferred.
  • Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.

Specific/Preferred Requirements:
  • The applicant must have working knowledge of DOD 5000 series polices/guidebooks, MCSC Acquisition Guidebook, and MCSC documentation templates to include Acquisition Plans, Single Acquisition Management Plans (SAMPs), Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), and PMRs.
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational management and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or on a team in a dynamic environment and with multiple discipline projects.
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Visio, and Teams).
