What You Will Do:

Guidehouseis seeking aProgramAnalyst to serve as aprogram-focused team memberwithin a public diplomacy(PD)office at the Department of State. In this role, you willsupport andlead efforts to strengthenPDin a talent management-focusedenvironment, including process management and improvement,knowledge management, meeting coordination, and data cleaning/visualization.We are seeking a self-starter who can quickly acclimate to the client27s environment,create strong relationships,learnnewtechnologysystems and tools,identifyemerging needs,andsupport aspecializedteam thatoperatesin a dynamic environment.Responsibilitiesmayinclude:

Process Management and Improvement:

  • Review current organizational business processes andidentifyareas for improvement and standardization.
  • Support and manage ad hoc tasks and support activities related to talent management workstreams.

Data Support:

  • Cleandatasets ofvarious sizesand information types. Work with the teamto develop and share data visualizations across the client enterprise.
  • Support response to quick-turn human resources and talent management taskers.

Team Support and Coordination:

  • Create andmaintainknowledge management processes across a variety of platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, Asana).
  • Support meetingpreparation, coordination, and execution, including agenda preparation, scheduling meetings, and note-taking/action item management.

What You Will Need:

  • ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor27s degree
  • At leastTHREE(3) yearsofrelevantexperience, preferably supporting government agencies
  • Experience withbusiness processimprovement and standardization

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • State Department experience (orotherinternational agency)
  • Experience supporting offices with human resources functions
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Experience using Tableau,PowerBI, or similar data visualization tools

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
