The Opportunity:CACI is seeking a Program Analyst to support technical integration issues for a Navy ACAT 1 shipbuilding program. Assist in providing programmatic support to the Principle Assistant Program Manager for technical integration, analysis and reporting for tacking technical changes for the program supporting acquisition on Navy ships. Monitor cost, schedule and technical performance of systems to ensure systems support ship activation and availability milestones. The analyst will work with Navy and industry stakeholders with a high degree of confidence and ensure the proper level of communication is consistent throughout the program.
Responsibilities:- Work to support the tracking of resolutions for technical issues and modifications of the ship class.
- Directly support in responding to program technical actions. Develop action item responses, point papers, white papers, and briefings as necessary.
- This position may require candidate to visit and/or work aboard an at the ship's homeport, other ports, or underway.
Qualifications:Required:
- A Bachelor's Degree. (Will consider experience in lieu of degree)
- 5+ years of professional, applicable experience.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Experience with Naval Correspondence.
- Skills with Microsoft Office Products (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) are required.
- Experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
- Must have excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organization skills.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or technical field equivalent. Experience with Power BI of Foundry.
- Prior Navy, NAVSEA, or shipbuilding experience (desired).
- Previous experience managing technical issues for Navy systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
