Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

AvantGarde, LLC (AG) seeks a Program Analyst to support proposal-based professional services efforts within a federal consulting environment. The Program Analyst IV will provide senior-level analytical, operational, and program management support for complex initiatives and organizational priorities. This position supports operational, administrative, analytical, and strategic initiatives while ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable federal policies, procedures, and security requirements. Work may be performed onsite within the Washington, DC metropolitan area with potential telework opportunities depending on program and client requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide professional support services aligned with program and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to support project execution and organizational priorities.
• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, documentation, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Support compliance with applicable federal regulations, policies, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Track deliverables, deadlines, and operational activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy while handling sensitive information and documentation.
• Support process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies when appropriate.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other systems/tools required to perform assigned responsibilities.
• Participate in meetings, planning activities, and coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned in support of program objectives.
Skills & Requirements
• Experience performing duties related to the Program Analyst IV labor category.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Experience supporting federal, consulting, or government operations preferred.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Must be flexible in the approach to the delivery of work.
• Must be able to successfully pass applicable background and security requirements if required by the awarded program or task order.
• U.S. citizenship may be required depending on contract and security requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Work may be performed onsite at federal facilities within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Telework may be authorized depending on program and client requirements.
• Personnel may be required to comply with federal security, confidentiality, and background investigation requirements.
• Contractor personnel may be required to complete onboarding, security forms, training requirements, and non-disclosure agreements prior to beginning work.
• Personnel are expected to maintain professional conduct and comply with all applicable organizational and federal policies and procedures.
