Description

SAIC is seeking qualified applicants to support a cutting-edge data, analytics, and AI platform. Roles include managing customer relationships, service portfolio and catalog management, software engineering & development, data/AI engineering, IT systems operations, and use case intake and analytics for DoW enterprise-scale mission objectives expected in Spring/Summer 2026.

Positions are contingent pending contract award.

A majority of the opportunities are in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (WDCMA). Some work may be performed remotely, subject to Government approval.

This role directly supports Task Order execution by ensuring efficient program administration, effective coordination with Government stakeholders, and consistent delivery of high quality program artifacts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, coordinate, and host a Project Kick-Off Meeting.
  • Provide an introduction between the contractor personnel and Government personnel who will be involved with the TO.
  • Provide the opportunity to discuss technical, management, and security issues, and travel authorization and reporting procedures.
  • Provide a Project Kick-Off Meeting Agenda for review and approval by the AAS Defense COR and the CDAO TPOC.
  • Provide a Project Kick-Off Meeting Minutes Report.
  • Develop and provide a Monthly Status Report.
  • Support Quarterly PMRs in alignment with quarterly increment planning priorities.
  • Perform routine administrative functions such as:
    • Drafting correspondence.
    • Scheduling appointments.
    • Maintaining files.
    • Responding to inquiries.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma with 7 years experience; Bachelors & 5+ years of related experience, Masters & 3+ years of experience, or PhD + 1 year.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
  • Strong meeting coordination skills, including the ability to schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings with diverse Government and contractor stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and facilitate discussions.
  • Skill in preparing formal documentation, including meeting agendas, minutes reports, and action item capture.
  • Proficiency in developing recurring program reports, such as Monthly Status Reports, with accuracy and clarity.
  • Capability to support Quarterly PMRs.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, timely information to callers and stakeholders, reflecting professionalism and customer service orientation.
