- Defining and executing a multi-year AI vision and roadmap dedicated specifically to FP&A workflows across Reporting, Driver-Based Planning, and Prescriptive Insights.
- Leading continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI models, agentic frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and tooling standards to adapt as AI technology rapidly evolves.
- Designing and implementing the future-state AI operating model, serving as the central orchestrator across Business Unit finance teams, technical development teams, and executive sponsors.
- Working cross-functionally with other finance groups and project management teams to integrate AI intake, prioritization, and risk-tiering into broader finance workflow governance.
- Collaborating with Enterprise Architecture (EA) to ensure all AI tools, database connectors, and platform choices strictly align with enterprise security, data lineage, and IT infrastructure standards.
- Directing cross-functional teams on agentic system design, metric definitions, context architecture, and zero-hallucination guardrails without impeding development speed.

- Operationalizing a dual-track transition strategy to safeguard month-end close execution while carving out capacity for new technical builds.
- Managing the CFP&A Solution Catalog and intake pipeline to eliminate duplicate work and ensure aligned governance across business units.
