As Portfolio Pricing Manager/Senior Analyst within our Transactions Management team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping competitive pricing strategies that win business and drive profitability. Working closely with the Pricing Director of Portfolio Services, you'll be at the center of our new business development efforts, translating complex real estate data into compelling commercial solutions. Your analytical expertise will inform everything from formal RFP responses to contract renewals and expansion opportunities. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Solutions, Product Teams, and regional offices worldwide to structure pricing that reflects both market realities and client needs. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees - and your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions in the marketplace. This role offers the opportunity to work on transactions of all sizes and complexity levels, from boutique engagements to global enterprise deals, while continuously refining the tools and models that drive our pricing excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage comprehensive data inputs to structure commercial solutions for complex, global, and small-scale Transaction Management pursuits across the sales pipeline
  • Build detailed transaction commission and volume projections, analyzing how different transaction types, speculative revenue, commission structures, and rebates impact overall profitability
  • Collaborate with Product Teams, Business Lines, Service Line subject matter experts, and Account Management to integrate diverse pricing inputs into cohesive client solutions
  • Perform internal proforma analysis and support the Client Review Board (CRB) approval process, coordinating with counterparts in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific to consolidate P&Ls across regions
  • Execute multiple rounds of scenario modeling and assumption testing to support initial solutioning and subsequent bid iterations during competitive processes
  • Populate client-facing pricing templates and create exhibits and schedules for RFP submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization
  • Maintain and continuously improve pricing tools, databases, and cost models to increase accuracy, reduce risk, and enhance the efficiency of our pricing capabilities
  • Research and update model assumptions using current market data, including rental rates, global commission trends, compensation benchmarks, and evolving deal terms

Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience, preferably in Transaction Management or related pricing/analytical functions
  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to build financial models and analyze complex data sets
  • Proficiency in Excel and similar analytical tools, with capability to work with large datasets and create sophisticated financial projections
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all deliverables
  • Self-starter mindset with energy and drive to independently move projects forward while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
  • Ability to work effectively in remote settings and coordinate across global time zones with regional colleagues

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience specifically within JLL or similar commercial real estate services firm's Transaction Management division
  • Familiarity with RFP processes, contract negotiations, and client review board approval workflows
  • Understanding of global real estate market dynamics and regional pricing variations
  • Experience building or maintaining pricing tools, databases, or financial modeling platforms
  • Background collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, solutions, and product development
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement of processes and methodologies
