What are your contributions to the team?
• Plan the implementation of new options and program changes;
• Establish the manufacturing strategy;
• Determine the impacts on the master production plan,
• Define labor requirements and have them approved;
• Define the learning curve and impacts on the production hours budget
• Define the budget based on order forecasts
• Standardize and optimize industrial engineering processes.
• Produce impact analyzes and strategies for the executive level
• Support governance at the executive level on the status of programs
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering;
• You have at least 5 years of experience in an aeronautical manufacturing environment;
• You have great abilities to popularize and simplify tasks;
• You demonstrate organization, rigor, initiative and autonomy;
• You are a team worker;
• You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance and curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges;
• You master the Office suite;
• You communicate (oral and written) in French and English
