Full Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to support strategic facility operations and client relationship management. This role combines operational oversight, financial management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure efficient, cost-effective facility services that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Communication and Relationship Coordination
  • Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility
  • Act as an interface with client, visitors, and guests
  • Provide direction/information to client, vendors, facilities staff, and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption
  • Ensure prompt and appropriate follow-up with client and service providers


Administrative Function
  • Manage and maintain facility management tasks as assigned
  • Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed
  • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities across multiple client sites
  • Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client
  • Support the Regional Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client projects
  • Perform any and all other duties and tasks assigned


Program Analysis and Development
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the client sites within the portfolio
  • Develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity


Compliance
  • Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems

  • Assist with researching, analyzing, and reporting budget variances
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations, codes, and standards

  • Develop, implement, and maintain emergency response procedures including evacuation plans and business continuity protocols
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, training, and compliance documentation
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness throughout the facility
  • Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives and monitor energy consumption and waste management programs
  • Report HS&E, and Sustainability metrics to senior management and clients on a regular basis

Required Qualifications

Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service provision, or consulting

Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel spreadsheets with ability to customize administrative reports
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint
  • Computer proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Estimated compensation for this position:

73,000.00 - 90,200.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
