• Lead projects that protect and enhance the Indian River Lagoon
• Grow your project management and client leadership skills
• Play a key role in expanding an office with 21 years of local presence
• Work within established, ongoing utility programs that provide stability and variety
This role is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with 5+ years of water or wastewater experience who is ready to step into, or continue growing in, a project management leadership role.
Typical responsibilities include:
Project Leadership
• Develop and manage project scope, budgets, and schedules
• Monitor financial performance and proactively manage risks
Client & Team Leadership
• Lead client, public, and internal meetings
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate across disciplines
Technical Excellence
• Prepare technical memoranda, design reports, and construction plans
• Support permitting and specification development
• Apply local and state standards to treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Skills/Experience:• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 5+ years of water / wastewater engineering experience
• Strong communication, organization, and technical writing skills
