What you will do

The Manager, Professional Affairs - Oral Care is responsible for developing and leading stakeholder engagement strategies within the dental professional ecosystem to advance Kenvue's oral health portfolio. This role builds and activates long-term, science-based relationships with priority stakeholders-including dentists, periodontists, hygienists, academic institutions, and professional associations-to drive education, co-creation, and advocacy.

The Manager owns engagement strategy for defined priority areas within oral care and plays a critical role in translating professional insights into impactful programs that strengthen Kenvue's credibility and influence within the dental community. This role operates in close partnership with Medical Affairs to ensure scientific rigor and external credibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own stakeholder engagement strategy to expand advocay and partnership across oral healthcare ecosystem.
  • Build and manage high-impact partnerships across dental communities from key opinion leaders (KOL), dental & hygiene schools, faculty and academic leaders.
  • Translate external and clinical insights into recommendations for brand and medical strategies.
  • Identify emerging voices and new partnership opportunities.
  • Lead key opinon leaders (KOL)advisory boards and expert engagement.
  • Co-create HCP and public health educational content with key opinon leaders (KOL), and professional associations and societies.
  • Represent Kenvue in professional forums, conferences, and serve as credible voice in oral heath.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Insights teams.
  • Drive early-career engagement programs.
  • Build and maintain a dynamic stakeholder map.


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications
  • A minmum of a Bachelor's degree in health science or related field.
  • 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience managing KOL relationships.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Understanding of oral care ecosystem.
  • Strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Scientific acumen and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters or higher degree preferred (DDS/DMD, RDH or related field also considered)

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
