The Job:
As a Productivity Excellence Manager, you’ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement and overseeing financial and project management activities across the organization.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Lead and manage financial and operational aspects of projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Track and control project expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other departments to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of controls.
- Implement and enhance project control processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams on financial and project management best practices.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project and operational performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in project management, financial control, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control.
- Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI is preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, drive change, and operate in a dynamic environment with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep financial expertise, and the ability to lead process improvements across cross-functional teams.
