Productivity Excellence Manager - Hybrid

The Job:

As a Productivity Excellence Manager, you’ll be part of our Stanley Engineered Fastening team working as a hybrid employee.    You’ll get to:  

  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement and overseeing financial and project management activities across the organization.
  • Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Lead and manage financial and operational aspects of projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Track and control project expenditures, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, finance, and other departments to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of controls.
  • Implement and enhance project control processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams on financial and project management best practices.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for project and operational performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPA, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, financial control, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Advanced analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Power BI is preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, drive change, and operate in a dynamic environment with multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies and change management.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep financial expertise, and the ability to lead process improvements across cross-functional teams.
