You will drive operational excellence and support the successful execution of production schedules, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and scale manufacturing processes as we grow.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate resources to meet output targets and delivery deadlines.
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to resolve issues and support new product introductions, process improvement, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Oversee training and onboarding of new production team members.
- Support special projects and manufacturing initiatives as the organization evolves and scales.
Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and resolve operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading, training, and developing production or manufacturing teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, quality control, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-focused organization.
Preferred Qualifications- 7+ years' experience in manufacturing or production supervision, particularly in aerospace, defense, or technology-intensive environments.
- Experience with process improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with ERP and production scheduling systems.
- Experience scaling production operations in a high-growth environment.
