Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in machining, metalworking, or inspection. - Strong understanding of machining operations (CNC milling, turning, or similar) and/or inspection processes is highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a dynamic production environment and align team execution to business needs. - Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and production data to support decision-making. - Proven ability to lead teams, enforce standards, and maintain accountability in a shop floor environment. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainable solutions. - Ability to remain composed and communicate clearly during high-pressure or urgent situations.
