Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor

Your Day-to-Day
Lead by example, ensuring compliance with safety standards, housekeeping practices, and proper asset care through effective maintenance and cleaning activities.
Maintain equipment and assets within the assigned area, escalating issues as needed to ensure operational reliability.
Support Value Stream activities to achieve production volume targets while reducing waste and improving cost efficiency.
Partner across shifts to ensure alignment with production plans, standards, and continuous improvement objectives.
Identify operational inefficiencies, measure performance gaps, and implement corrective actions using OPEN+ and structured problem-solving tools.
Coach and develop operations team members to drive improvements in productivity, safety, quality, and performance.
Organize, supervise, and provide guidance to direct and indirect reports according to established line structures.
Support workforce planning through hiring, training, talent development, and implementation of organizational strategies.

Who We're Looking For
3-5 years of manufacturing or operations experience, including direct or indirect production team leadership.
Technical school diploma or engineering degree, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar.
Strong coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of accountability, ownership, and results orientation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using structured problem-solving tools.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to analyze technical data and develop actionable recommendations.
Strong collaboration, teamwork, customer focus, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $88,000 - $110,000 + overtime eligible
