What You'll Do- Coordinating production team activities to deliver performance for the shift/line
- Developing team members through training programs and timely coaching and feedback
- Modeling and promoting behaviors to drive a culture of safety and quality compliance
- Driving operational efficiencies and understanding performance based on key metrics
- Promoting a continuous improvement culture using problem-solving skills
- Managing expenses, including labor and overtime costs
- Modeling and promoting accountability to our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures
- Ability to communicate with cross functional teams
- Ability to lead tier meetings
- Ability to provide daily production updates
- Managing up to 30 direct reports
You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business, Science, Food Science, Engineering or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience involving people leadership, operational execution, or quality/safety oversight in manufacturing, production, logistics, or a comparable structured environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience working in a regulated manufacturing work environment
- Experience utilizing project planning and execution tools
- Knowledge of FDA - 21 CFR and other regulatory requirements for Infant Formula

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 - $122,700.00
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
