Production Supervisor - 1st Shift to join our team located onsite in

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm, hours may vary depending on business needs.

What Success Looks Like: - Investigate all accidents, injuries, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Interview candidates and assist with new hire training.
- Complete performance evaluations annually.
- Manage conflict, create consistency within your department, and provide direction to your work centers daily.
- Communicate and cooperate with other leadership regarding production, material flow, maintenance, etc.
- Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing, Inventory, Continuous Improvement, and ERP systems.
- Monitor priority dispatch and customer service requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and act to correct bottlenecks, product defect rates, safety hazards, and maintenance problems.
- Counsel, motivate, and instruct departmental personnel in machine operations and concerns through daily interaction.
- Proactively present ideas and information concisely and clearly in both oral and written form.
- Work effectively with peers and all levels of management to achieve divisional objectives and promote teamwork.
- Establish base data for department budgets, forecast, manage assets, and control expenses per budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain documentation to support all department activities.
- Operate various types of production equipment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and results oriented.
Your Credentials:- 5 -7 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
The salary range is $75K - $90K w/ bonus potential. Starting salary varies based on your experience.
