What We Offer Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, andqualifications, with an expected range of

What You'll Do- Safety: Champion safety standards, lead by example, and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Performance: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maximize product quality and recovery.
- Quality: Oversee manufacturing quality, ensuring products meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Teamwork: Engage and support production and maintenance workers to achieve targets and address challenges.
- Culture: Foster open communication and support excellence throughout the team.
What You Offer- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and support teams in a fast-paced environment; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience: 3 years in sawmill, planer, or related operations (preferred), with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Technical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; computer competency, especially in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with lumber manufacturing, machine maintenance, and process optimization is an asset.
