Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise front-line manufacturing employees, including managing hourly production staff to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure output targets are met in alignment with assembly schedules and customer requirements.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management to production team members while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure all electronic assemblies meet IPC standards, customer specifications, and company quality requirements; support troubleshooting and resolution of manufacturing issues.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, increase yield, and reduce waste.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls, cleanroom procedures, and all company safety policies.
- Monitor equipment performance, material flow, and staffing levels to optimize operational efficiency and labor utilization.
- Maintain accurate production records, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular operational updates to manufacturing leadership.
- Apply technical knowledge and sound judgment to resolve production challenges within established procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support business objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Develop a strong understanding of key business drivers and how team performance contributes to overall operational success.
- Communicate technical information effectively to employees, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders while building strong working relationships across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Ability to work 1st Shift (7am-4pm) with occasional Saturday work required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in electronics, PCB assembly, or high-precision manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of SMT and Through-Hole PCB assembly processes; IPC-A-610 certification preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $76,300.00 and $114,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
