Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong problem-solving skills for fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Familiarity with GMP and chemical process protocols including MOC and ECN.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage work schedules for 24/5 operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and management to resolve production constraints.
• Make informed decisions adhering to safety and change management protocols.
• Train and evaluate team members in compliance with HR policies.
• Participate in daily production planning to align resources with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and keep accurate documentation.
• Promote safety and quality culture through effective communication and leadership.
• Lead team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to support accountability.
