Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd Shift manufacturing team at our Lewiston, Maine facility.
This role is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, leading shift operations, and ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. The Production Supervisor will serve as the primary leader on shift, supporting team development, driving operational performance, and fostering communication across departments.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals
• Coordinate workforce assignments and ensure efficient shift operations
• Monitor production performance and resolve operational issues in partnership with Maintenance and Quality
• Promote compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures
• Track production metrics and communicate shift performance to leadership
• Support onboarding, training, and development of production employees
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain 5S workplace standards
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile
• High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory or leadership training preferred
• 2-5 years of manufacturing, production, or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating teams in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production processes, workflow management, and continuous improvement principles
• Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and employee development
