Production Superintendent, Elk Lake, Ontario

As a Production Superintendent at Interfor's Elk Lake Division you will take on a high-impact leadership role guiding sawmill operations in a fast-paced, technical manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned supervisor ready to grow with structured development, coaching and exposure to broader mill operations.

You will lead through the principles of Extreme Ownership building a culture where leaders take responsibility, support their teams and drive continuous improvement across safety, production and quality.

  • Environmental Stewardship: Support environmental compliance including dust systems, storm water and process water management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvement initiatives and support capital projects using clear communication and clear plans ensuring alignment with senior leadership.
