  • Schedule inbound service parts to ensure material availability and prioritize customer-impact items
  • Develop and implement best-in-class processes using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, and Python
  • Maintain 98% schedule accuracy and 100% adherence to schedules
  • Review upcoming material releases and plan for high-impact items in advance
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders like operations, supply chain, and transportation
  • Address critical customer escalations within 48 hours
  • Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule work orders to work-in-progress

In this position...
  • Schedule inbound service parts to ensure adequate material is at each packaging workstation to maximize output and prioritize Customer Impacted items like Vehicles Off-Road, Recall, Top Fill Loss
  • Develop & drive best in class process using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, Python.
  • Develop and drive metric to meet objectives
  • Maintain 98% of Schedule Accuracy & 100 % Schedule adherence.
  • Review Upcoming Material Releases and Plan for high Impacted Items in Advance
  • Review aged ASN's, WO's & STO's.
  • Coordination with internal stakeholders like MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, Supplier, Purchase etc.
  • Response within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.


Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule WO to WIP, coordinate with MPC operations for Constraints, Prioritization of Uptime, VOR's, Escalated VIN's. SCM for Release variations and visbility for Recall and abnormal inbound's. Supplier Compliance for to streamline supplier issues.

Meet Cycle Time - Overall & VOR Objectives, Ageing Metrics - STO's & VOR, Schedule Accuracy & Adherence.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-$121,440.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-$162,120.
