Job DescriptionIn this position... - Schedule inbound service parts to ensure adequate material is at each packaging workstation to maximize output and prioritize Customer Impacted items like Vehicles Off-Road, Recall, Top Fill Loss
- Develop & drive best in class process using Power BI, AI, Alteryx, Python.
- Develop and drive metric to meet objectives
- Maintain 98% of Schedule Accuracy & 100 % Schedule adherence.
- Review Upcoming Material Releases and Plan for high Impacted Items in Advance
- Review aged ASN's, WO's & STO's.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders like MPC operations, SCM, Transportation, Supplier, Purchase etc.
- Response within 48 hours for critical customer escalations.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...Review SAP Schedule Monitor and schedule WO to WIP, coordinate with MPC operations for Constraints, Prioritization of Uptime, VOR's, Escalated VIN's. SCM for Release variations and visbility for Recall and abnormal inbound's. Supplier Compliance for to streamline supplier issues.

QualificationsYou'll have... - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Positive attitude with a focus on problem solving

- This position is 100% onsite with no opportunity for hybrid work schedule, Willing to work all shifts, Willing to work OT as needed.

This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $72,480-$121,440.
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $84,480-$141,360.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-$162,120.
