Job DescriptionYou will be the Production Program Manager for the Production Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing production resources, removing barriers, and maturing test equipment and processes for final assembly and test at Troy, AL.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Production Program Manager you will be responsible for driving program success across production and development.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead yield improvement activities and drive timely engineering releases.
- Coordinate software/firmware production line integration plans.
- Ensure program personnel are physically present in Troy as required and staff off-shift/weekend operations.
- Manage test equipment maturation and integrate updates into the production schedule.
- Collaborate with supply chain to mitigate shortages and avoid production stoppages.

Basic QualificationsMust be willing to travel 25-50%
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, a related field or equivalent work experience
Candidate must possess an Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance with investigation within the last 5 years
Program Management experience in aerospace/defense, preferably on high complexity weapon or avionics systems OR program production operations experience managing missile or missile subsystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and to remove production barriers in a complex, regulated environment
Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
Desired skillsProgram Management experience specifically responsible for the production of complex aerospace/defense systems
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a concurrent production and development environment
Experience with the production of missile systems and/or sub-systems
National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $134,000 - $236,325. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
