Position Summary

Working closely with Production, Inventory, Purchasing, and Leadership, this role supports efficient manufacturing operations, on-time customer deliveries, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment. This position ensures production schedules remain on track, inventory transactions are accurate, raw materials are available, and production information is maintained across multiple systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop, maintain, and adjust the daily production schedule for the HP T240 press based on inventory demand, material availability, and production capacity.
  • Coordinate production priorities to maximize equipment utilization and meet shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain the T240 production calendar and schedule shifts for operators
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and production delays.
  • Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to leadership and production teams.


Production Transactions

  • Create, complete, and close production work orders in NetSuite.
  • Process assembly builds and inventory transfers.
  • Ensure all production transactions are completed accurately within 24 hours.
  • Support month-end inventory
  • Maintain accurate production inventory


Inventory & Material

  • Monitor raw material inventory to support production schedules.
  • Communicate paper and material requirements with Purchasing
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy through timely and accurate system transactions.


Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Review print quality issues and assist with identifying root causes.
  • Compare physical production flow against production reports to ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve workflow.
  • Support process documentation and standard operating procedures.
