Job SummaryWe're looking for a
Production Planning Supervisor to lead production planning and production control activities for LM2500 industrial gas turbine engine overhaul and repair operations. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to ensure material readiness, workflow execution, and customer delivery commitments are achieved.
The successful candidate will lead a team of planners and production operators, drive material availability and shortage resolution, support the Master Production Schedule, and improve planning effectiveness while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead and develop the Production Planning team.
- Support execution of the Master Production Schedule, TAT, and OTD goals.
- Ensure material readiness for engine, module, and component work orders.
- Monitor and resolve shortages impacting production or customer commitments.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Procurement to expedite critical materials.
- Manage work order readiness, material allocation, and ERP planning parameters.
- Track outsourced repairs and support recovery plans for supplier delays.
- Monitor WIP and identify risks to turnaround time and delivery performance.
- Lead shortage reviews and production readiness meetings.
- Drive improvements in material flow, inventory accuracy, and planning effectiveness.
- Promote a safe, compliant, and ethical work environment.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, production control, materials management, or MRO operations.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or IFS.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on material availability, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
Nice to Have - Aerospace MRO or manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading planners, schedulers, or production control teams.
- Knowledge of gas turbine engine overhaul and repair operations.
- Continuous improvement experience, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience supporting KPIs related to shortage aging, inventory accuracy, OTD, and TAT.

This position may require work hours outside of the regularly scheduled hours to meet operational needs. This may include work during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Additional work hours are assigned based on business requirements. Non-exempt employees will be paid overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
