Responsibilities:- Oversee daily aircraft painting operations for VIP and corporate jets.
- Manage production schedules, quality standards, and on-time delivery.
- Lead and support painters, prep technicians, and detailers.
- Ensure compliance with FAA, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with teams to execute custom paint and livery projects.
- Monitor quality control, inspections, and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity and turnaround times.
- Maintain professionalism and discretion with VIP clients.
Requirements:- 5+ years of aircraft painting experience, preferably on business or VIP jets.
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience in aerospace.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft coating systems, custom paint schemes, and high-gloss finishes.
- Understanding of aviation regulations and luxury aircraft presentation standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with production planning software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or Business preferred.
