Full Job Description
The Opportunity

As a Production Manager at our York, PA plant, you will step into a highly visible leadership role at the center of a complex, continuously running manufacturing operation. This position blends technical process ownership with frontline leadership, giving you the opportunity to impact product quality, operational performance, and team effectiveness in a meaningful way.

You'll lead across both kiln operations-where product quality is formed-and packaging-where automation and customer delivery come together-making this a uniquely dynamic and rewarding role.

What You'll Do
  • Lead day-to-day operations across kiln and packaging areas in a 24/7 production environment
  • Drive a strong culture of safety, accountability, and operational discipline
