Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of JDA & DVI preferred.
• Beginner to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Sustained light physical effort (20lbs or less) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of production to secure quality and performance.
• Utilizes supervisors and team leads to ensure proper training is provided on processes and safety.
• Maintains production department budgets including labor, supplies, and equipment costs.
• Controls costs and monitors production metrics.
• Collaborates with other department managers to resolve issues.
• Submits daily reports on department progress.
• Ensures compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in work areas.
• Analyzes and recommends purchases of new equipment.
• Coaches supervisors to ensure effective communication and coaching of associates.
• Maintains performance records and reviews associate performance.
